  • MPF Minimum: From $27.23 to $27.75 (MPF rate still 0.3464%)
  • MPF Maximum: From $528.33 to $538.40
  • Dutiable Mail Fee: From $5.99 to $6.11

  • Commercial Truck Arrival: From $5.95 / $108.93 to $6.10 / $111.01 annual cap
  • Rail Car Arrival: From $8.99 / $108.93 to $9.16 / $111.01 annual cap
  • Commercial Vessel Arrival: From $476.04 / $6486.99 to $485.11 / $6610.63 annual cap
  • Barge and Other Bulk Carrier Arrival: From  $119.83 / $1,634.00 to $122.11 / $1,665.15 annual cap
  • Customs Broker Permit: From $150.33 to $153.19
  • Express Consignment Carrier/Centralized Hub Facility, per Individual Waybill/Bill of Lading:  From $0.38 / $1.09 to $0.39 minimum, $1.11 maximum 
  • Surcharge for Manual Entry or Release: From $3.27 to $3.33
  • Informal Entry or Release Not Prepared by CBP Personnel: from $2.18 / $6.54 to  $2.22 automated, $6.66 manual
  • Informal Entry or Release Prepared by CBP Personnel: From$9.80  $9.99
